VIP Luxury Membership

Created specifically for the very busy individual who regularly requires concierge services throughout the month, this membership is tailor-made to suit your personal requirements. We think that our VIP Luxury club is so special, membership is by application only. Just some of the benefits that you will enjoy as part of your monthly membership fee are:

  • Your own dedicated concierge manager, who will take the time to understand your lifestyle, your needs and will be on hand from 7am to 7pm Monday to Friday to project manage your requests.
  • Access to unlimited services each month from one easy to manage account.
  • VIP access and exclusive offers to the best bars and restaurants around London.
  • Use of our exclusive Keyholding service including one call out per month (comparable services start from £250 set-up plus £40 ongoing charge per month). Our Keyholding service includes our empty house sitting service whereby we will open and shut curtains, clear mail from the letterbox and accept deliveries while you are away from home for extended periods. 
  • Access to our “special day reminder” service. You can upload your reminders via our web interface to help you manage family occasions, friends’ special days and important anniversaries. We can also arrange gifts including wrapping and delivery.
  • Outside our normal weekly hours, our concierge service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
  • Complimentary usage for family members.

  • This account also entitles you to a 10% discount on your monthly Chalcot house cleaning costs.
  • With this account you can occasionally offset your monthly fee against your Chalcot cleaning bill.
